The Iowa School for the Deaf (ISD), established in 1855, is a state-operated institution located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, dedicated to providing comprehensive education to deaf and hard-of-hearing students from preschool through 12th grade. ISD won third place in the NDCC Division 2 in both 2023 and 2024.
