I. CONSENT AND RELEASE I, ("Participant"), hereby grant WarriorsGate Entertainment, LLC ("WGE") and its affiliates, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable right and permission to record, photograph, film, livestream, and otherwise capture my likeness, image, sign, voice, and performance (collectively, the "Media") in connection with any project, event, or production.
I understand and agree that WGE may use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and publicly display the Media, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed, including but not limited to:
Live streaming and broadcast
Social media platforms
Websites and digital content
Videography and film projects
Photography and promotional materials
Graphic design and marketing materials
II. USAGE RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP I acknowledge that all Media captured by WGE is the sole property of WGE, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product in which my likeness appears. I understand that I will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of the Media.
III. RELEASE OF CLAIMS I release and discharge WGE, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.
IV. MINOR PARTICIPANTS If the Participant is under 18 years of age, this release must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
V. AGREEMENT I have read this Media Release Form and fully understand its contents. By signing below, I agree to the terms outlined above.
