The Individual Competition at NDCC is designed to showcase an athlete’s personal skills and technique in cheerleading. Unlike team performances, this category allows individuals to demonstrate their strengths in specific areas.

Jumps – Judged on height, flexibility, and technique (e.g., Toe Touch, Herkie, Pike).

Floor – Focuses on tumbling skills and body control (e.g., Handsprings, Tucks, Layouts).

Dance – Highlights rhythm, sharpness, and performance quality.
