The Oklahoma School for the Deaf (OSD), established in 1907, is a state-operated institution located in Sulphur, Oklahoma, dedicated to providing specialized educational services to deaf and hard-of-hearing students from infancy through 12th grade. OSD won second place in the NDCC Division 2 in 2024
